Beluga Caviar with Potatoes Recipe


Fixings

- 1.5 ounces beluga caviar
- 12 little red potatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoons crème fraiche
- 1/2 tablespoon chives (and something else for embellish)
- 1 tablespoon margarine, softened
- Salt and ground pepper

Guidelines

1. Place the potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Bubble until delicate.
2. Remove tops potatoes when cool. Scoop out tissue and put away. The potato shell ought to be ¼ inch thick.
3. Cut off lower part of every potato to make it stand upstanding. Put potatoes on baking sheet and preheat stove to 375 degrees.
4. In a little pot, heat the milk and add spread so it softens.
5. Take the potato tissue and push it through a ricer or sifter. Add milk and mix until velvety. Add crème fraiche, salt and pepper, and 1/2 tablespoon of chives.
6. Fill the blend into the scooped out potato shells.
7. Prepare for 15 minutes and brush with softened margarine. Keep baking for an additional 15 minutes.
8. Eliminate from stove and top with around 1/4 teaspoon of BELUGA caviar each and chives to decorate.
9. Serve this Beluga caviar formula as a starter or side dish...enjoy it!
