Lentil Caviar Toasts

½ cup beluga or dark lentils
6 Tbs. low-sodium soy sauce
5 Tbs. unseasoned rice wine vinegar
¼ cup sugar
2 Tbs. sesame oil
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 sheets nori kelp
Toasts
1 demi loaf, cut into 16 slim rounds
1 8-oz. compartment crème fraîche
1 little shallot, minced (3 Tbs.)
Readiness
1 To make Caviar: Bring lentils and 4 cups water to a bubble in medium pan. Diminish hotness to medium-low, and stew 35 minutes, or until surface is still somewhat firm.
2 Meanwhile, mix all leftover fixings in blender until smooth. Mix combination into lentils, and cook 5 minutes more, or until lentils are delicate yet not going to pieces.
3 Drain off any overabundance fluid from lentils, and spread on baking sheet to cool. Chill 60 minutes.
4 To give Impromptu speeches: Preheat broiler to 350°F. Spread roll cuts on baking sheet, and prepare 6 minutes. Flip and toast 5 minutes more, or until brilliant brown.
5 Spread 1 tsp. crème fraîche onto each toast cut. Top with 2 tsp. Caviar and trimming with shallot. Cool. Partake in the Lentil Caviar Toasts plans !!!
