BELUGA Caviar and Cheese Stuffed Snow Peas Recipe 

Fixings:

 * 36 new snow peas
 * 1/4 cup creme fraiche
* 1 tablespoon new dill, minced
 * 2 tablespoons cream cheddar
 * 1 lime, squeeze and zing
 * Salt to taste
 * Newly ground dark pepper
 * 2 ounces caviar (beluga, salmon or lumpfish)
 * Red lettuce leaves

 Directions:

Heat a pot of salted water to the point of boiling and whiten the snow peas for two minutes. Channel and dive into cold water to stop the cooking system. Utilizing a sharp paring blade, cautiously make a cut along the length of one side of each snow pea to make a pocket. In a bowl, consolidate creme fraiche, dill, cream cheddar, lime zing, and lime juice.
Blend completely, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Delicately crease in the beluga caviar. Cautiously line or stuff the snow peas with the cheddar/beluga caviar blend.
